4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture depending on the circumstances.

While we take utmost care during furniture repair and restoration, Melbourne Furniture Care is not liable for damage that results from pre-existing conditions undisclosed at the time of service or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of furniture remains with the client. Risk in the furniture passes to Melbourne Furniture Care only upon receipt for repair and reverts to the client upon collection or delivery after service completion.

We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide services. All client information is stored securely in accordance with applicable privacy laws and not shared with unauthorized third parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
